Indian rower Swaran Singh entered the men’s single sculls quarterfinals

Indian rower Swaran Singh enters the men’s single sculls quarterfinals at the London Olympics after having topping in the repechage round here on Sunday.

Sawarn set a time of 7:00.49 to finish first amongst five contestants. The Indian was 3.42 seconds faster than the second-placed Dongyong Kim in His repechage, who also entered the quarterfinals in His Repechage.
